This page describes the Nick Games website and the current Arrow Path testing version. We will update it when the published app or its data practices change.
This website
We do not add our own advertising, analytics, account registration or newsletter tracking scripts to this website. Our hosting provider may process standard request information, such as an IP address and browser information, for delivery, security and operation. An owner preview may require authentication through the hosting platform.
Information stored by the game
Arrow Path stores progress, settings, hearts, hint usage, cosmetic points, an age-range choice and a short bounded diagnostic log on the device. The current version does not have a player account, cloud saves or automatic uploading of game progress. Uninstalling or clearing application data may erase this information.
Advertising and privacy choices
The current Android test version uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's consent tools. Where advertising is enabled, these SDKs may process identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, app interactions, diagnostics and consent information for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Nonpersonalized advertising does not mean that no data is processed.
Age-range information is used locally for privacy treatment. The all-ages production advertising setup is still under review; the release must use appropriate treatment for children and users of unknown age. Available advertising privacy choices can be accessed from the game's settings.
See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner services.
Optional sharing
When you choose to share, the game passes a completion image and text, an invitation or a diagnostic report to the app you select. That service has its own privacy practices. The game does not access your contacts or post automatically. Configured store links may contain aggregate campaign tags, without personal referral identifiers.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive the address and information you voluntarily provide and use it to answer and investigate your request. We retain messages while needed for the request and follow-up; deletion requests can be sent to our support address, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
Purchases and cosmetic points
There are no in-app purchases in the current version. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not represent payment or a prize. The game does not collect payment-card details.
Your choices and rights
You can clear local game information through Android's app settings. We cannot retrieve device-local progress from a server because no cloud-save server exists in this version. For information held by Google or a sharing service, consult that service's privacy controls. You may contact us with privacy questions or applicable access/deletion requests.
Children and future changes
The intended audience includes children and older players. Any production advertising or data collection must be configured accordingly before release. We do not ask children to send personal information to support. Additional services, analytics or accounts will require updated disclosures and safeguards before being introduced.
Nick Games is the public publishing brand. Legal publisher identification and any region-specific notices must be finalized before the app's production release.
